Your receptionist and administrator are the first and last person every patient deals with. They open the file, take the consent, answer the phone, handle the complaint and decide what gets emailed. Every one of those moments is governed by law, by HPCSA ethical rules, and by what patients expect of a professional practice.
This webinar gives front-office staff the professional, ethical and legal grounding to do that work with confidence, in plain language for people who run the front office, not for lawyers.
It is suitable for receptionists, practice administrators, practice managers and practitioners, in all disciplines. No prior legal knowledge is assumed.
